Job Summary
LPN or RN needed for a full-time, 12-hour shift clinical role in a newly remodeled facility. Duties include medication administration and nursing services, training/supervising staff, and upholding resident well-being and privacy in a home-like environment. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, environmental orientation, medication administration, following treatment/service plans, infection control and safety procedures, updating resident care documentation, evaluating health emergencies within RN scope, and coordinating with the director of nursing. Requires current LPN/RN licensure and at least 1 year of supervisory experience (new grads encouraged). Required Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare (new grads encouraged)
