Job Summary
Assist with resident assessments, service-plan updates, and clinical follow-through. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, perform nursing procedures including injections and dressing changes, and monitor vital signs, weights, and skin integrity. Respond to emergencies, coordinate care with physicians and home health providers, and guide Medication Assistants with clinical direction. Maintain medication records and controlled-drug documentation while following all federal, state, and local licensing requirements. Requires current Montana LPN or RN license, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Salary ranges from $38 to $45 per hour depending on licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Montana LPN or RN license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain, plus a current TB test
- Ability to accurately process verbal and written provider orders
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move continuously, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- At least 18 years of age with successful completion of required background screening
- Ability to meet all state and local licensing requirements
