Job Summary
Provide nursing care to rehab, geriatric, and memory care populations; coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care; administer medications; assist with activities of daily living as needed; supervise Nurse Technicians, CNAs, and other support staff; document and report observations; participate in planning resident care; ensure safety and uphold organizational core values; shifts include AM, PM, NOC with options for 8, 12, or 6:30-hour schedules; opportunities available for Full-Time and Part-Time with weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Current BLS CPR Certification
