Job Summary
Provide compassionate care to residents at Crest Nursing Home across two night shifts (9:45pm–6:15am) and three afternoon shifts (1:45pm–10:15pm) per week. Deliver age-appropriate care, relate resident conditions to supervisors, and handle challenging situations with patience and tact. Maintain a cheerful disposition while supporting the team. Candidates must hold an active RN or LPN license, one to two years of experience, and CPR certification. Full-time employment includes access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a generous 401k match and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed LPN or LPN
- demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- be a supportive team member
