Job Summary
Wellness Nurse/LPN/LVN to support Director of Wellness in resident care. Responsibilities include evaluating care needs, updating medical charts, managing medication and supervising personal care team, conducting audits of medication records, ordering medications, ensuring proper storage, observing residents and addressing health concerns within scope of practice, notifying relevant stakeholders of significant changes, maintaining health equipment, completing incident reports, reading and deciphering medications, and supervising staff. Must hold an active RN or LVN/LPN license and First Aid/CPR certification.
