Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for PRN positions at Covenant Living. Provide direct patient care to residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care; supervise and orient nursing assistants; assist in care planning; monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to appropriate staff; perform nursing procedures (e.g., catheter care, colostomy care, suction, dressings, NG tubes) and ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Requires graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program, current state license in good standing, and at least one year of nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing
- Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State
- One year nursing experience
- Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing
