Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Collaborate with families, medical partners, and team members to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Maintain a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license with at least one year of experience, though we offer training for new hires. Work full-time at Wallick Communities, a 100% employee-owned senior living organization dedicated to fostering independence and community for seniors.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
