Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating as a team to support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life. This full-time role requires a valid, unencumbered state nursing license and at least one year of LPN experience, with assistance available for those without prior experience. Schedule is 7am-7pm.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- A collaborative spirit
