Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment for seniors. Maintain a full-time schedule from 7am to 7pm, supporting residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life within a supportive, employee-owned culture.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- A collaborative spirit
- Compassion for the elderly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
