Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration, ensuring residents receive the best treatment. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This full-time role offers a valid state nursing license requirement, one year of LPN experience preferred, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of starting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
