Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Collaborate with the team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration, ensuring residents receive round-the-clock support. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This full-time role offers a $29/hour base plus shift differential, with health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of starting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Licensed as an LPN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
