Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment as part of a collaborative team focused on maintaining independence and quality of life. Work full-time hours from 7am to 7pm. A valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and at least one year of LPN experience are required, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- A collaborative spirit
- Compassion for the elderly
- Full-Time LPN 7am-7pm
