Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating as a team to support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life. This full-time role operates 7am-7pm, requiring a valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License and at least one year of LPN experience. Required Qualifications
