Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment, collaborating as a team to ensure residents maintain independence and quality of life. This full-time role operates 7am to 7pm with health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of starting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- A collaborative spirit
- Compassion for the elderly
