Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Collaborate as a team to ensure safe, comfortable at-home care for seniors in a supportive, employee-owned environment. This full-time 7am-7pm role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience as a bonus. Required Qualifications
