Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience, with experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care being a bonus. Schedule is 7am-7pm.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
