Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents by administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans. Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Ensure safe, comfortable at-home environments for seniors through meaningful activities and round-the-clock support. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
