Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for seniors. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license and at least one year of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus. Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
