Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation while supporting residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. The position offers a $29/hour base rate plus shift differential, effective health benefits within two weeks, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
