Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while supporting residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This full-time role includes a 7am-7pm shift with a $29/hour base rate plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a drug screen

- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
