Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This full-time role at Wallick Senior Living in Cincinnati requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one year of LPN experience. Required Qualifications
