Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and at least one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus. The position offers a $29/hour rate plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN

- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
