Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This full-time role includes a 7am-7pm shift with a pay rate of $29/hour plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- A reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
