Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation to ensure safe, comfortable at-home environments. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus. Starting at $29/hour plus shift differential, you will join a supportive, employee-owned culture dedicated to empowering seniors.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
