Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation. This role requires a valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License, one or more years of LPN experience, and a collaborative spirit. Full-time position with a 7am-7pm schedule and a pay rate of $29/hour plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
