Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment by collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation. This full-time role includes a 2:30pm-11pm shift with a $27/hour base plus shift differential. Candidates must hold a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Pre-employment requirements include a drug screen, physical, and background check.
Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
