Job Summary
Assist with daily living activities, manage care plans, and provide clinical reporting to the Director of Health Services. Administer care per physician orders while supervising Quality of Life Specialists and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination for preventative and therapeutic services. Deliver personalized nursing care in a senior living environment, supporting residents with independence and fostering lasting relationships. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 1st (6am–2pm) and 2nd (2pm–10pm) options.
Required Qualifications
- current Michigan LPN license
