Job Summary

Administer medications as ordered by medical providers, monitor behavioral and physical symptoms related to dosage, and obtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samples. Process point-of-care urine drug screens, maintain accurate client records in the EHR system, and document medication errors or adverse reactions. Prepare take-home medication, arrange courtesy dosing for clients, and deliver medications to external facilities. Monitor inventory closely to prevent diversion and report any incidents to internal authorities. Work a 40-hour week including every other Saturday from 7am-9am, earning $38-$42. Requires an LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed LPN or RN in state of employment
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to travel to assigned CMS sites
  • Valid Driver License and Motor Vehicle Clearance (satisfactory driving record for 39 months)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of the signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal symptoms
  • Demonstrates accuracy in medication administration and ability to maintain accurate client records
