Job Summary
Conduct medical questionnaires by travelling to clients in Lichtenburg as a contract-based phlebotomist. Complete questionnaires while visiting clients, with payment determined by the number of completed forms rather than a basic salary. Requires a registered or enrolled nurse with at least two years of phlebotomy experience, a valid SANC, and indemnity. Must own a reliable vehicle, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to a computer, scanner, and internet.
