Job Summary
Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency medical care in accordance with state and national EMT standards throughout the park, including on rides, trails, zip lines, climbing areas, and water attractions. Assess patients, determine appropriate care or transport needs, and monitor restocking of first aid stations and emergency equipment. Maintain detailed patient care reports and incident documentation while collaborating with local emergency services for escalated cases. Conduct safety checks, monitor activities for hazards, educate staff and guests on protocols, and support crowd control during evacuations. Remain physically able to respond in rugged terrain or challenging weather conditions while promoting a guest-first culture through professional, empathetic incident handling.
