Job Summary
Nurse Intern NICU with potential path to RN after August 2027 graduation. Under RN supervision, perform nursing tasks learned and demonstrated via a skills checklist. Work three 8-hour shifts in a 2-week pay period with some shift-time flexibility. Target start date Sept 14, 2026, and attendance at New Team Member Welcome day 8:30 AM–3:00 PM. Requires senior-level status in an accredited nursing program and anticipated graduation within one year. Must communicate detailed patient care instructions, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Senior level status in accredited nursing program with anticipated graduation within one year of hire
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council
- Ability to communicate and understand detailed instructions relating to basic patient care and transport
- Must be able to work and stand for long periods, as well as lift and position patients weighing up to 75 pounds
