Nurse Intern - Inpatient Mental Health 2East

Assist in the delivery of nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Follow the nursing plan of care and report interventions, changes, or relevant observations to the RN. Serve as an integral resource in implementing clinical and technical aspects of care while remaining attuned to individual patient needs, age, and outcomes. Submit current transcripts and either two letters of recommendation or a clinical evaluation via email to rgrothe@bmhsc.org. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required prior to the first shift. Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing with successful completion of nursing fundamentals is preferred, along with one year of healthcare experience.
