Job Summary
Nurse Intern supports patient care under the direct supervision of an RN, assisting with vital signs, hygiene, comfort measures, and equipment, while developing clinical skills and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves effective communication with the care team, participation in bedside shift reports, maintaining safety and compliance, and providing therapeutic patient interactions. Requires enrollment in an accredited Nursing program, completion of fundamentals of clinicals, 0-1 years healthcare experience, CPR certification, and Fingerprint Clearance Card; duties include hands-on care, basic equipment maintenance, and supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program
- Completion of fundamentals of clinicals in an accredited Nursing program
- 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation required
- Fingerprint Clearance Card required
