Job Summary
Conduct detailed intake calls with prospective clients to vet and assess medical malpractice and nursing home claims. Gather and document medical and factual information with accuracy while entering and maintaining client data in internal systems. Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and sound judgment in all interactions. Work on-site five days per week between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST with weekend coverage, earning up to $250 after 90 days. Requires an active RN license and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Availability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST
- Weekend coverage
- Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc)
- Willingness and ability to pass Internet Speed Test, 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working on the phone for extended periods
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and learn quickly
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a calm, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
