Nurse Inpatient Navigator

Provide primary care and on-going health maintenance for selected patient groups as an integral member of the physician-led care team. Participate in the care of well, acutely ill, and chronically ill patients. Maintain current Texas Registered Nurse licensure, AHA BLS certification, and ACLS preference. Requires BSN and one year of patient care experience in transplant or as a registered nurse. National transplant certification is preferred.
