Nurse Inpatient Navigator

Provide primary care, preventive care, and ongoing health maintenance for selected patient groups. Participate in the care of well, acutely ill, and chronically ill patients as an integral member of the physician-led care team. Maintain current Texas Registered Nurse licensure and AHA BLS certification. BSN required with recent transplant or one year of RN experience. National transplant certification preferred.
