Nurse ICU III

Conduct individualized, comprehensive care for ICU patients by making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and implementing care plans. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to analyze assessment data, formulate nursing diagnoses, and address educational needs. Administer medications and ensure both patient and staff safety while observing and recording biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data. Work a rotating core schedule of Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
