Job Summary
Nurse House Supervisor leads the nursing team on the overnight shift at ERC Pathlight’s adult residential facility in Chicago, IL, ensuring safe unit operations, staffing coverage, and adherence to policies and licensing requirements. Responsibilities include supervising and directing staff, coordinating performance and development processes, conducting monthly audits, managing incident reports, serving as a resource for clinical questions, and providing direct patient care as needed. Requires an associate’s degree in nursing, an unrestricted Illinois RN license, 1+ year of direct patient care experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
