Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while monitoring residents' health status and responding to medical emergencies. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care for youth ages 6–21 with autism and developmental disabilities. Provide health education to residents and staff, document medical interventions accurately, and assist with crisis response in coordination with direct care staff. Maintain compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards within the intensive residential treatment setting. Work Saturdays and Sundays, 2 PM–10 PM, with on-call responsibilities and fill-in opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- State PA criminal, FBI, PA Act 168, and PA child abuse clearances
- Valid PA driver's license with three (3) year driving record
- Saturdays & Sundays, 2 PM–10 PM, with on-call responsibilities and fill-in opportunities
