Job Summary
Provides comprehensive nursing services to women and their families in home or community settings, including in-home/virtual visits, adherence to MECSH or NFP models, and collaboration with other professionals. Maintains a caseload (25-30 clients full-time), promotes public awareness and referrals, delivers education and resources, participates in quality improvement, and upholds professional standards and ethics. Requires knowledge of maternal health, infant/toddler development, safety planning, family-centered care, and strong communication and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver’s license with no more than two minor moving violations or one accident within the past three years
- Ability to obtain and maintain AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (employer provides)
- CPR and First Aid certification (Employer provides)
