Job Summary
Nurse Home Visitor role within the Nurse Family Partnership program delivering preventive health and social services to at-risk pregnant women and their children (birth to age two). Responsibilities include establishing trust-based relationships, conducting in-home nursing visits, applying the nursing process, providing health education and parenting guidance, coordinating care with community partners, and ensuring timely documentation. Requires a BSN and NC RN license, with preferred Public Health experience and Spanish language ability; position involves delivering services in homes, hospitals, and clinics in Greensboro, NC, guided by program fidelity and evidence-based standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
- Current license or temporary license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina by the NC Board of Nursing is required
- Certification in basic CPR
