Job Summary
Monitor care quality, conduct audits, analyze medication errors, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives. Conduct client nursing and medication evaluations across multiple sites to identify risks and ensure safe care delivery. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while updating policies for evolving standards. Lead training, professional development, and evaluation of staff, validating caregiver competencies in medication administration and nurse-delegated tasks. Develop SOPs, training materials, and clinical documentation to ensure consistency and operational efficiency. This role supports a family-owned organization with 20 years of experience raising standards for in-home care.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Clinical experience in home care, assisted living, or a regulated care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, licensing standards, and HIPAA best practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop nursing teams with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Excellent clinical judgment with experience conducting Client assessments and medication evaluations
- Highly organized with strong documentation and record-keeping skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficient with technology and healthcare management systems
- Experience in home health, in-home care, or multi-site nursing operations
- Proactive, solution-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Meticulous attention to detail, with accurate record-keeping and documentation
- Strong project management skills — strategic, organized, and intuitive
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, with proven time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong commitment to compliance, including knowledge of HIPAA best practices for handling PHI
- Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
- Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
Desired Qualifications
