Nurse Float Pool

Deliver the highest quality patient care according to physician orders, including monitoring conditions, administering medications, and educating families on prevention. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans while fostering a supportive environment. Work across three modalities and levels of care in multiple departments as part of the campus float pool. Earn premium differentials for Tier III flexibility, including normal shift differentials for nights and weekends. Requires an active RN license in NE, IA, or compact, BLS, and ACLS within five months. Located at CHI Health Immanuel in North Omaha.
