Job Summary
Administer daily medications per physician orders, conduct medical intakes and health screenings, and coordinate resident appointments including scheduling and transportation. Serve as a clinical liaison between residents, providers, families, and the FHC team to ensure continuity of care. Monitor and manage medication inventory and clinical supplies while maintaining compliance with storage regulations. Work evenings or weekends in an 8- or 12-hour weekday shift with minimal travel to Main Campus. Requires Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances, a valid Pennsylvania RN license, and proficiency in EHR platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Proficient in computer use and capable of quickly learning and navigating systems such as the Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external partners
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends
- Ability to work 24/7
