Job Summary
Nurse Extern Spine will support the nursing team by delivering essential patient care, assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, wound and catheter care, specimen collection, and accurate documentation. You’ll help patients and families understand care plans, contribute to infection prevention and a safe patient environment, and collaborate with your supervisor/preceptor to build a personal career development plan while gaining hands-on nursing experience in the hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- Enrolled in accredited nursing program
