Nurse Extern Progressive Care Unit PRN

Provide essential care for patients by assisting with Activities of Daily Living, checking vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring comfort and hygiene. Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, specimen collection, and basic procedures while documenting care accurately and communicating updates to the team. Help patients and families understand care plans and offer guidance for recovery. Maintain clean, safe patient areas by following infection prevention practices and managing equipment. Engage in learning opportunities and partner with a supervisor to build a personal career development plan. Requires Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, current enrollment in an accredited nursing program, and NC Certification.
