Nurse Extern PRN

Provide essential care for patients by assisting with Activities of Daily Living, checking vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring comfort and hygiene. Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, collecting specimens, and other basic procedures as you gain experience. Document care accurately and communicate timely updates with the nursing team to keep patient care seamless and coordinated. Help patients and families understand their care plans and offer guidance for their health and recovery. Maintain patient areas by following infection prevention practices, managing equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Engage in learning opportunities and partner with your supervisor or preceptor to build your personal career development plan. This role supports the full continuum of post-acute care services offered by CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, North Carolina.
