Provide essential care for patients by assisting with Activities of Daily Living, checking vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring hygiene. Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection while documenting care accurately and communicating updates to the team. Help patients and families understand care plans and offer guidance for recovery. Maintain patient areas by following infection prevention practices and managing equipment. Engage in learning opportunities and partner with a supervisor to build a personal career development plan. Enroll in an accredited nursing program and obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
