Job Summary
Nurse Extern Behavioral Health role at Mission Hospital. You’ll be part of the nursing team, gaining hands-on experience and helping deliver safe, compassionate care while building skills toward more advanced responsibilities. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, supporting mobility, wound and catheter care, specimen collection, accurate documentation, communicating care updates to the nursing team, helping patients and families understand care plans, maintaining a clean and safe patient environment, and engaging in learning opportunities to develop your nursing career under supervision. Qualifications required include Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start, current enrollment in an accredited nursing program, and NC CNA certification. Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
