Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Endoscopy (24 hours) at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham. Provides direct and indirect nursing care, health maintenance, teaching, counseling, collaborative planning and rehabilitation; collaborates with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality, cost-effective patient care. Responsibilities include formulates outcomes with patient and care team, delegates tasks appropriately, ensures care aligned with patient population served, and delivers patient education per plan of care. Requires MA RN licensure, Associate's degree, 0-1 years experience, and BLS; ACLS for critical care areas and PALS for ED/Float. Salary range $36.00-$90.14/hour; vaccines required per policy. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure
- 0-1 years related work experience required
- BLS-AHA required for all RNS in Direct Patient Care Areas
- ACLS-AHA required in all critical care areas (ED, ICU, ENDO, Float, Radiology, PACU)
- PALS-AHA required in ED/Float
